NOTE FOR USA ORDERS
Shipping links are usually provided within 3 days, but the package may remain at the airport for a few days as it’s being prepared for flight. Expect delivery within the 8-15 day timeframe. Most orders arrive sooner.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused by weather-related delays.
During winter or severe weather conditions, shipping times may be extended due to delivery delays. Vice Club is not liable for any shipping delays caused by weather conditions.
PROCESSING INFORMATION
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours from the time they are placed, regardless of the selected shipping method.
Vice Club processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will begin processing the following Monday.
Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from order processing and shipping.
Orders placed on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next regular business day.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
To avoid delays, returns, or additional fees, ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, including street number, street name, unit numbers, city, state, and zip code. Incorrect addresses will result in the package being returned to the sender. Vice Club is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returned packages.
Customers must cover the cost of reshipping the order to the corrected address. If you choose to cancel or return the order, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
ORDER MODIFICATION
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our Support Team before 11 a.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
RETURNS POLICY
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition with the original tags attached. Items showing any signs of wear—such as stains, makeup, animal hair, deodorant marks, or alterations—will be classified as worn. Worn, altered, or non-resellable items will incur a 35% restocking fee per item.
Refunds are subject to a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund along with return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges, however, are exempt from these charges.
*Note: Returns and exchanges typically require 7–10 business days for processing. Once your return or exchange has been processed, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original form of payment.
